To All Applicants: The following information must be completed prior to turning in your application: WE DON’T ACCEPT DOUBLE SIDED COPIES

*Telephone numbers where we may contact you (9am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday)

*Copies of each adult Driver’s License. If no Driver’s License, please submit a copy of the passport & visa.

*Copy of the VALID vehicle registration &  Insurance Identification card for each vehicle.

*The following applies if the applicant is coming from outside the United States or Brevard County the last place of residence should be the municipality/government agency that should provide clearance letter/ form.

*A non-refundable money order or cashier’s check payable to Barcelo Property Management in the amount of $180.00 (application fees). The application process is approximately 10 business days from date all required documents and payments are received.

*A copy of the Sale contract must accompany your application, or your application will not be processed.

*The following information must be provided if a company is purchasing the property:
Copy of the articles of the corporation and All information required has to be from the President of the company.

*Please be advised that only two (2) people per bedroom are allowed to occupy a home as outlined by the Florida Department of Housing.

*All information requested is by the authorization of Palm Club Homeowners Condominium Association inc. and applicable association governing documents, rules and regulations.
