The Following items are required for the sale or residency of any unit:

1. Application form (Full and complete).
2. Copy of Lease/Sales Contract.
3. Copy of Driver License for each applicant.
4. Copy of car registration for each applicant.
5. Money Order for $180.00 payable to Barcelo Property Management for background/credit check. This fee is NOT REFUNDABLE.
6. The following information must be provided if a company is purchasing the property: Copy of the articles of the corporation and All information required must be from the President of the company.
7. Copy of Marriage Certificate is required for couples who do not have the same last name. The $180.00 processing fee is for each applicant over the age if 18, including married couples. All married couples can apply using one application as long as married certificate is provided, otherwise separate application is required.
8. The Homeowner must provide a copy of the Association’s recorded documents and rules and regulations to Buyer.
9. All prospective residents over the age of 18 (excluding married couple), must submit a separate screening application along with the $180.00.

The application process is approximately 10 business days from date all required documents and payments are received.
*Please be advised that only two (2) adults per bedroom are allowed to occupy a home as outlined by the Florida Department of Housing.
*All information requested is by the authorization of Groves Villas Homeowner Association, Inc and applicable association governing documents, rules, and regulations.
